He figures that if The Man with the Yellow Hat lives with him, why wouldn't their new neighbor? But The Man is determined not to let George spy on the new neighbor to find out. George guesses that with a loud noise like the one he is hearing, the new neighbor has an elephant. But then George hears some different noises. What is that neighbor's elephant up to now and how can George get The Man to believe that an elephant is living upstairs?
