After a few ranch chores there's indulgent Pasta With Pancetta and Leeks. The next day, with time ticking away, Ree whips up a real spicy favorite, Lazy Chiles Rellenos. There's time for one last treat, beautiful Bruschetta, before the crew arrive home and it's back to cowboy cooking.
